CIRCLEVILLE FIRE DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – Year-round maintenance for Station I and Station II. Lawn care includes mowing/trimming, weeding flower beds. Fall cleanup includes leaves and debris removal, prune and shape bushes. Winter maintenance includes plowing, salting and shoveling Sealed proposals will be received at Circleville Fire District, 2147 Route 302, Circleville, New York 10919 by the Fire District Secretary for the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Circleville Fire District until March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time for year-round maintenance and related work in compliance with the Scope of Work heretofore adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners. Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the Circleville Fire District, 2147 Route 302, Circleville, New York 10919 on March 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Fire District Secretary by email: cfdsecretary@circlevillefdny.org. All requests for a copy of such Request for Proposals by email must be received by midnight March 16,2026, prevailing time, and include a return email address. The Circleville Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal best suited for its specific needs.
