LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF CLAYVILLE For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Clayville. Please take notice that the Village of Clayville will hold a Public Hearing on 3/12/26 at the Village Office at 6pm, located at 2505 Foundry Pl, Clayville, NY regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Clayville and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection at the Clerk’s office. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary. By Order of the Village Board of the Village of Clayville. 3/8/2026 12144324
