NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL SESSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cooperstown will hold the following public informational session in the Village Office Building, 22 Main Street, Cooperstown, New York on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, to discuss: The Village of Cooperstown implementing a $50 annual fee for all properties within the designated “zone of protection” surrounding Otsego Lake and its tributaries, as defined in Village Law Chapter § 285-4B. Any resident of the Village of Cooperstown is entitled to be heard upon said local at such public information session. Disabled citizens, who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments or suggestions, should contact the Village Clerk to request assistance.
