Croton Falls Fire District NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM Be On Notice that, at its February 18, 2026 monthly meeting, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Croton Falls Fire District adopted a resolution authorizing the update of a previous permissive referendum for the purchase of a new ladder truck. The total amount that is proposed is not to exceed $2,500,000 from their Truck Capital Reserve account. The adoption of the resolution is subject to a permissive referendum. If no petition conforming to the requirements of the General Municipal Law is received within thirty (30) days of adoption, the Board shall be authorized to make its expenditure. 12106063
