NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF DOLGEVILLE LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Village Board of the Village of Dolgeville adopted the 16th day of March, 2026, the said Village Board will hold a public hearing at the Village Offices at 41 North Main Street, Dolgeville, New York, on the 20th day of April, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the enactment of proposed Local Law No. 1, 2026, for the purpose of authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c.
