Legal Notice # 21928246 Legal Notice: Springs Fire District Elite Towers, is proposing the relocation and modification of an existing communications facility, including a 150- foot above grade level (agl) concealment pole and an associated ground-based equipment compound, on the Springs Fire District property, located at 179 Fort Pond Boulevard in the hamlet of Springs, Town of East Hampton, New York (41.026447 N, -72.15773 W). The existing 150-foot agl concealment pole, which is currently located near the northeast corner of the Subject Property, and contains exterior-mounted antennas of the Springs Fire District, will be removed and relocated to the central portion of the Subject Property, and a new 30-foot-by-70- foot (2,100- square-foot) gravel-surfaced equipment compound with concrete equipment pads and a steel equipment platform would be installed near the relocated concealment pole. Following the removal of existing equipment, the associated compound area would be restored to match conditions prior to its construction.
