ARIAS, NUBIA ARIAS, WESTCHESTER COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE, SFR VENTURE 2011-1 REO, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS SFR VENTURE 2011-1, LLC, JOHN DOE AS (JOHN DOE #1), Defendants - Index No.68362/2025 Plaintiff Designates Westchester County as the Place of Trial. The Basis of Venue is that the subject premises is situated in Westchester County. To the above named Defendants?
