Legal Notices NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL Town of Ellicott (Pursuant to section 506 and 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Ellicott, County of Chautauqua, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with Amy Bellardo, Town Clerk of the Town of Ellicott, at the Town of Ellicott Administrative Building, 215 South Work St., Falconer, NY 14733, where it may be examined by any interested person until the FOURTH TUESDAY IN MAY. The assessor, or his designee, will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll on the following dates and times by phone only at 716-665-5317 x 203: May 12, 2026 4 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. May 14, 2026 8:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. May 18, 2026 8 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. May 21, 2026 8:30 A.M. –12:30 P.M. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 26, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Town of Ellicott Administrative Building, 215 South Work St., Falconer NY 14733, in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
