LEGAL NOTICE Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice A hybrid virtual/in person public hearing before the Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals, 301 Brooklea Dr., Fayetteville., NY in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, will be held on April 16, 2026, at 6:30 PM to consider the matter of the application for Peter Carapella at 7911 Salt Springs Rd, Fayetteville, NY 13066 (Tax Map #095.-02-03.1). A public hearing for one variance for a 12-foot by 24-foot existing accessory structure (detached carport). The applicant is requesting a side yard setback variance of 15-feet to provide relief from the required 20-foot side yard setback requirement.
