Town of Haverstraw Town Board LEGAL NOTICE Please take notice the Town of Haverstraw Town Board shall hold a Public Hearing to consider Local Law No. 1 of 2026 initiated by Petition of Ariel Kondov for a zone change to rezone the property known as 130 West Ramapo Road, Garnerville (Tax Lot No. 25.16-3-40) from the PO (Professional Office) Zoning District to the C (Commercial) Zoning District. The applicant, Ariel Kondov, proposes to construct a two-story, 12,000 square foot building with a basement – the first two floors (totaling 8,000 square feet) will be office space and the basement (4,000 square feet) will be amenities and utilities for the existing tenants and will not provide any additional occupancy – along with associated parking, screening and other related improvements. The proposed project is also before the Planning Board for site plan review and the Zoning Board for area variances. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be heard by the Board.
