NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson on the 13th day of April, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. at the Village Hall, 151 River Road, Grand View-On-Hudson, New York 10960 to consider the adoption of a proposed local law entitled “A Local Law Authorizing an Override of the Tax Cap for Fiscal Year June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027” which proposed local law authorizes the Board of Trustees to adopt a Budget that requires a tax levy that is greater than the tax levy limit, provided the adoption of such local law has the affirmative vote of at least 60% of the total voting power of the Board of Trustees. Copies of the proposed local law are available for public review at the office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Village of Grand View-On-Hudson, 151 River Road, Grand View-On-Hudson, New Y ork 10960 between the hours of 9 A.M. and 4 P.M.
