LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF HAMMONDSPORT 80 Shethar Street Hammondsport, NY 14840 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hammondsport on March 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Office, 80 Shethar Street, Hammondsport on Application: #2026-005, Use Variance submitted by Nolan & Kimberly Smith, 43 Main Street, Hammondsport, NY, beer/wine license. The public may be personally present at the meeting and a zoom teleconference will also be available. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at this time.
