PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant on April 9, 2026 at 7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and application of Dimovski Architecture (Applicant) for David Cebel (Owner) of premises located at 423 & 429 Commerce Street, Hawthorne, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 112.5-1-28 & 112.5-1-27. The application is for the proposed new mixed-use building with 12 proposed dwelling units, one office space, and two commercial/retail spaces, along with a rear parking lot providing 18 parking spaces. Application is currently seeking Planning Board approval. on legal standard parcels (16,469.7 SF.) in the HH Zone.
