 Legal Notice # 21929863 PUBLIC NOTICE BID Landscaping Contractor The Village of Hempstead Housing Authority (VHHA) is accepting the provision of Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services for a one-year term with a one-year renewal option. The scope of work involves annual maintenance of the grounds of the Housing Authority properties including the following: Spring and fall clean up all leaves and debris. Trimming of all shrubs and low-lying branches from trees. Weekly grass cutting, weed, leaf and debris removal. Cleaning of gutters as needed. Application of grass seed and fertilizers as needed. Sealed Bid are due in our main office on April 7, 2026, no later than 4 PM read aloud.
