LEGAL NOTICE - NOTICE TO BIDDERS Herkimer County is accepting sealed bids for: Peckville Road (CR 148) over Gillette Creek Bridge Replacement Project Town of Manheim, Herkimer County BIN 3307770-PIN 2754.92-D040645-PRJ#451 Bids must be received in a sealed envelope at the Herkimer County Highway Department, 313 Third Avenue, Herkimer, NY 13350 by 10:00 am on March 31, 2026. The DBE Utilization Goal for this project is 0.0%. The EEO Employment goal for this project is 0.0% for minority participation and 0.0% for women participation. Further information about the project requirements and bidding details can be found on the NYS Contract Reporter. Documents are available to be examined at no expense at the Herkimer County Highway Office between the hours of 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00-4:00pm Monday through Friday.
