Legal Notice # 21928169 HICKSVILLE UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #040426 for SPECIAL EDUCATION RELATED SERVICES 2026-2027 RFPs will be received until 11:00 AM on March 18, 2026 Sealed Proposals for Special Education Related Services 2026-2027 for the Hicksville Union Free School District will be received until 11:00 AM on March 18, 2026 at the Hicksville Union Free School District Business Office, 200 Division Ave., Hicksville, NY 11801, Attention: Kathleen McMahon, Purchasing Agent. Proposals received after stated time and date will be returned to the sender unopened. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside: Special Education Related Services RFP #040426 Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 AM on March 18, 2026. Proposals shall be irrevocable for a minimum period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of proposal opening. The RFP documents may be requested via email from: kmcmahon@hicksvillepublicschools.org The District reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs submitted, to waive any informality or irregularity in any RFP, and/or to accept any RFP in whole or in part and/or to award or not award the contract, if in the opinion of the Board of Education, the best interests of the District will not be served.
