Village of Woodbury Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing Dewberry/Walmart Addition for Online Pick-up PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 7:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Village of Woodbury Planning Board in Village Hall at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York 10930, to provide an opportunity for public comment on an application for Amended Site Plan, Special Permit, and ARB of proposed addition to Walmart for an online order pick-up area. Said property is located at 288 Larkin Dr. in Central Valley and is known on the Village of Woodbury Tax Maps as Section 225 Block 1 Lot 15.22. This public hearing shall be held in the Boardroom of Village Hall, located at 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York. After each hearing is opened, the public will be able to make comments. Written comments will be accepted prior to the meeting by email at buildingdepartment@villageofwoodbury.com and/or by regular first-class mail addressed to: Village of Woodbury Building Dept., Attn: Jennifer Potter, 19 Adams St., Highland Mills, NY 10930.
