Legal Notice # 21929110 NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION - FORECLOSURE SALE OF COOPERATIVE APARTMENT BY VIRTUE OF A DEFAULT in a Security Agreement dated March 29, 2007, executed by Michael LeDonne and Catherine LeDonne, Debtors, Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, a Subsidiary of IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., Secured Party, in accordance with its rights as holder of the Security, Matthew D.
