Energy Performance Contract Advertisement for Bids Sealed proposals for a District Wide Energy Performance Contract, for the Honeoye Central School District, will be received by the Honeoye Central School District at the District Office, 8528 Main Street,Honeoye, New York 14471 until 1:30 pm Local Time on Tuesday, March 17th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened @ the LGI room. In order to familiarize Bidders with the project and conditions affecting the work, there will be an opportunity for Bidders to schedule pre-bid walk-throughs by contacting Brian Barlow, Project Manager, TamCo Management Group bbarlow@tamcollc.net for scheduling. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions and Supplements, may be examined at the following locations: TamCo Management Group 1 Kattelville Road, Suite 9 Binghamton, NY 13901 Builder's Exchange of Rochester 180 Linden Oaks, Suite 100 Penfield, New York 14625 www.bexroch.com The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions and Supplements, may be examined at the office of the Construction Manager TamCo Management Group 1 Kattelville Road, Suite 9, Binghamton, NY 13901 and can be contacted via phone number: "585-510-4074" or email "hdoles@swbr.com".
