HOPKINTON LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to resolution of the Hopkinton Town Board, St. Lawrence County, NY; and in compliance with Section 1660 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, all Town Highways in the Town of Hopkinton will be temporarily closed to all vehicles having gross weight in excess of five tons including load, upon erection of signs and will remain in effect until the authorized removal of the closing signs.
