Time & Mater 2026 HORSEHEADS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT HORSEHEADS, NY 14845 NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the Horseheads Central School District hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following: TIME & MATERIALS ?ELECTRICAL TIME & MATERIALS ?PLUMBING/HVAC TIME & MATERIALS ?GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, MASONRY, CEMENT WORK Bids will be received until 11 AM on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at the Horseheads Central School District Purchasing Department, located at 143 Hibbard Road Horseheads NY 14845, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the office of the Horseheads Central School District Purchasing Department at the above address.
