VILLAGE OF ILION LEGAL NOTICE – NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Ilion Board of Trustees will host two (2) Public Hearings on Monday, March 23, 2026. These hearing will be held in the Municipal Building Auditorium at 49 Morgan St. at 5:30pm before the regularly scheduled Village Board Meeting on the following matters. 1. Discuss Passing Local Law 1-2026 Governing Water Supply, Distribution, Billing, Termination, and Enforcement of the Village of Ilion. 2. Discuss Passing Local Law 2-2026 Governing Streets and Sidewalks Maintenance and Enforcement of the Village of Ilion.
