VILLAGE OF IRVINGTON USE AND OPERATION OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT WESTCHESTER COUNTY NEW YORK CONTRACT NO 2026-23 A. NOTICE TO BIDDERS 1. Sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk of Irvington until 11AM on April 29, 2026 at the Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY 10533 for Contract No. 2026-23 (Use and Operation of Heavy Equipment) and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Court Room in Village Hall at 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY. Bids can be mailed to the attention of Karen Buccheri, Assistant to the Village Administrator, for receipt by the bid date and time. 2 Attention of bidders is called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will not be required to furnish performance or payment bonds. 3 Plans, specifications and all information relative thereto may be secured at the Village Administrator's Office of said Village. The Village will not be responsible for full or partial sets of contract documents, including any addenda obtained from any other source.
