Legal Notice # 21928836 PUBLIC NOTICE The Town of Islip Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for a Fee Accountant/ Certified Public Accountant to render technical advice and assistance to the Authority for three years with an additional two-year extension option. The accountant shall perform all necessary services for the RAD Section 8 and Project Based Voucher and Section 8 programs consistent with the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines. Prior HUD accountancy experience is not necessary, but weights in 30% of the criteria considered in awarding the contract to the successful accounting firm. Detailed description of services to be provided and the form of proposal is available on our website www.isliphousing. org or by email at laurenh@isliphousing.org. Questions should be emailed to laurenh@isliphousing.org by April 2, 2026 and all questions will be posted on the website by April 9, 2026.
