POLYALUMINUM CHLORIDE STAVE TANK LINER REPLACEMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for City of Ithaca ? Department of Public Works, Ithaca Water Treatment Plant Polyaluminum Chloride Stave Tank Liner Replacement will be received by Helen Dyess at the Office of the City Controller of the City of Ithaca, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850 until Friday, April 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM. The Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM. Topic: WTP Polyaluminum Chloride Stave Tank Liner Replacement Bid Opening Time: April 17, 2026 02:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada). Provide labor and materials to remove and replace the existing PVC liner in one (1) wood stave chemical storage tank used for Polyaluminum Chloride (34%) storage. Work includes conducting a pre-construction site survey, removing the existing liner, preparing the tank, installing protective padding, furnishing and installing a new PVC liner, reinstalling the tank cover, and optional installation of two pre-purchased tank level sensors.
