The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Derek Pretlow (who died on February 7, 2023, a resident of the county of Queens, State of New York) dated the June 12, 2015, to secure the sum of $150,000.00 and recorded at CRFN 2015000227378 in the City Register of the City of New York, Queens County on July 2, 2015. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed August 3, 2023 and recorded on August 14, 2023, in the City Register of the City of New York, Queens County at CRFN 2023000206431.
