TOWN OF KIRKWOOD LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Kirkwood, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of March, 2026, duly adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a resolution which is as follows: A resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to $92,350.00 from the Improvement of Facilities Capital Reserve Fund of Consolidated Water District No. 1 to upgrade and develop an existing water well.
