Legal Notice # 21930375 NOTICE TO PROPOSERS The Board of Education, Levittown Public Schools, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau, hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for the following services: RFP #LPS-25-017 Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program. The District will receive sealed proposals on, or prior to 11:00 a.m. on April 22, 2026, at the Office of the Purchasing Department, Levittown Memorial Education Center, 150 Abbey Lane, Room 316, Levittown, New York, 11756. Specifications may be obtained at the same office. Proposals shall be irrevocable for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the date of proposal opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in the proposals, or to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any proposal which in the opinion of the Board of Education will be in the best interest of the School District.
