LISBON LEGAL NOTICE Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) Community-Based Organization Solicitation The Lisbon Central School District is soliciting Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) that currently provide services to four (4) year-old children within the district's attendance area and are interested in providing a full-day Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) program as a collaborative partner for the 2026-2027 school year. Collaborating agencies will be reimbursed at a rate of $7,500 per enrolled student for the 2026-2027 UPK program year, subject to available New York State funding and approval by the Lisbon Central School District. Interested CBOs must comply with all applicable state, local, and district safety and security regulations. Participating agencies will also be required to provide data and other information to the district as requested and allow for district oversight of the program.
