Legal Notice # 21927981 Legal Notice Advertisement for Bids Locust Valley Water District Sealed bid proposals for the following contract: District Landscape Maintenance Contract #04012026 The Locust Valley Water District will be accepting sealed bids for The District Landscape Maintenance Contract# 04012026. Bids will be accepted by the Board of Water Commissioners in the Administration Building at 226 Buckram Road, Locust Valley, New York until 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bid proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the Locust Valley Water District PO Box 531, Locust Valley NY 11560. No bid proposals will be accepted after 4:00 pm on the date of the bid opening. No exceptions will be granted. Each bid proposal must be identified by contract name and number on the outside of the sealed bid proposal envelope and include a current Town of Oyster Bay landscaping License. Bid proposal specifications and requirements may be obtained from the Water District office during regular business hours after Monday, March 2, 2026. Any withdrawal of a bid proposal must be in writing and hand delivered to the District office. The Locust Valley Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, waive any informality, and to accept such bid proposal which, in the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, is in the best interest of the Water District.
