LEGAL NOTICE Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice A hybrid virtual/in person public hearing before the Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals, 301 Brooklea Dr., Fayetteville., NY in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, will be held on March 19, 2026, at 6:30 PM to consider the matter of an appeal presented by Paul Ryan at 4814 Huntwood Path, Manlius, NY 13104. Mr. Ryan has presented an Appeal to the Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals to appeal the issuance of a building permit for the property located at 4812 Huntwood Path, Manlius, NY 13104 (Tax Map #101.1-01-28.0). If you would like to attend the public hearing virtually and provide comment, you may do so by following the instructions that will be provided on the town website agenda at https://manliusny.portal.civicclerk.com/ .
