VILLAGE OF MANORHAVEN PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of the Incorporated Village of Manorhaven, New York, on the First day of April 2026, duly adopted a resolution authorizing a loan in the amount of $304,801.00 from Flagstar Bank at an interest rate 4.13% for a term of 7 years for a new Elgin Street Sweeper. AND BE IT FURTHER NOTICE that said resolution is adopted subject to a permissive referendum, and therefore, will take effect 30 days after the date of adoption unless a petition is filed with the Village Clerk in accordance with New York State Law, Section 9-902 of the Village Law. An abstract of the resolution is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during normal business hours.
