Lindsey ES SED Control No.: 66-02-03-06-0-002-027 57 Trolley Road Montrose, NY 10548 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the 2024 Bond Projects Phase 2 for the Hendrick Hudson High School, Blue Mountain Middle School, Buchanan-Verplank Elementary School and Frank G. Lindsey Elementary School. The Scope of Work described in the documents consists of PC-Plumbing for the following: CONTRACT 5 - HENDRICK HUDSON HIGH SCHOOL, BLUE MOUNTAIN MIDDLE SCHOOL, FRANK G. LINDSEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL & BUCHANAN VERPLANCK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The bids shall be in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders, Specifications, Drawings, and terms of other Bid/Contract Documents. Bids will be received by the Board of Education, until 3:30pm, prevailing time on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Hendrick Hudson Central School District’s Office at 61 Trolley Road, Montrose, NY 10548. The bid opening will take place at the Hendrick Hudson Central School District’s Office at 61 Trolley Road, Montrose, NY 10548 at 3:30pm at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. If the District Office is closed on the above-stated date due to inclement weather or other emergency, bids will be opened on the next business day on which the District Office is open. Whether sent by mail, overnight delivery service or by means of personal delivery, the bidder is solely responsible for having the bid deposited on time at the place specified. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or other delivery method chosen and in the handling of the bid by employees of the School District. OBTAINING DOCUMENTS Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, including but not limited to the Instructions to Bidders, Drawings and Specifications, may be viewed online free of charge at www.revplans.com, or downloaded electronically for a non-refundable charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00), beginning on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 12:00pm. Complete sets of Bidding Documents, including but not limited to the Instructions to Bidders, Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained from REV 28 Church Street, Unit 7, Warwick, NY 10990, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each combined set of documents. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to Hendrick Hudson Central School District. Bidder’s deposit will be refunded if the set is returned to REV in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of the bids covered by such Bidding Documents, including but not limited to the Instructions to Bidders, Drawings and Specifications. Non-bidders shall receive partial reimbursement, in an amount equal to the amount of the deposit, less the actual cost of reproduction of the documents if the set is returned in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of the bids covered by such Bidding Documents, including but not limited to the Instructions to Bidders, Drawings and Specifications. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. BID SUBMISSIONS All bidders must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (“NYSDOL”) pursuant to NYS Labor Law § 220-i, must submit their Certificates of Registration with the NYSDOL pursuant to NYS Labor Law § 220-i and must ensure each and every subcontractor engaged to perform work for them will be registered with the NYSDOL pursuant to NYS Labor Law § 220-i prior to commencing work on the Project. Bids must be presented on the forms provided in the Bid Documents in the manner designated therein. Each bid must be accompanied by security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, in the form and subject to the conditions stipulated in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidders shall withdraw their bid within forty-five days (45) after the formal opening thereof. The bidder(s) awarded a contract will be required to furnish a One-Hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and produce proof of having all insurance in amounts not less than specified under the General Conditions and Special Provisions. Site Inspection: An informational meeting and pre-bid walkthrough with the bidders will be held as outlined in this Invitation. The bid walkthrough is not mandatory however it is strongly recommended that all Bidders attend. All walkthroughs to be scheduled via the Project Manager Robert J. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION All Pre-bid “Requests For Information” (RFI) or Clarification must be submitted NO LATER THAN Wednesday, March 11, 2026 @ 12:00pm. The Hendrick Hudson Central School District reserves the right to waive what it deems to be informalities relating to a specific bid, to waive what it deems to be informalities relating to the bidding process, to waive what it deems to be technical defects, irregularities and omissions relating to a specific bid, to request additional information from any bidder, to re-advertise and invite new bids, to reject any and all bids and to make bid awards that are consistent with its purchasing policy/regulations and which are in the best interests of the School District.
