Legal Notice # 21931370 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN CORPORA TED VILLAGE OF MUTTONTOWN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Muttontown will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:10 PM on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at the Village Hall, 1 Raz Tafuro Way, Muttontown, NY 11791 with respect to the matter summarized below: Proposed Local Law 2 of 2026, a local law to amend the Village Code Chapter 190, Article IV to add 190-15 Short Tenn Rental Permits. The purpose of the proposed local law to amend the Village Code Chapter 190, A1iicle IV to add 190-15 Short Term Rental Permits is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Incorporated Village of Muttontown. Persons who may suffer from a disability, which would prevent them from participating in said hearing, should notify Joe Russo, Acting Village Clerk at (516) 364-3476 in sufficient time to permit such arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.
