TOWN OF NEWFANE NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Law, notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data are available for examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel on the Tentative Roll for the Town of Newfane, due to be filed on or before May 1, 2026. This information may be reviewed in the Assessor's Office at the Newfane Town Hall, 2737 Main St, Newfane NY 14108, on Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 p.m. For an appointment call the Assessor's Office at (716) 778-8822 ext. 103.
