LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pursuant to Section 987 of the Real Property Tax Law, a delinquent notice will be mailed on or before the Thirty First (31) day following the expiration of the period for interest-free payment of Town & County Taxes. The Law mandates that the expense of mailing such a notice shall be an additional penalty of Two Dollars ($2.00) against each parcel.
