NOTICE VILLAGE OF NORTH HORNELL PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held on the proposed 2026-2027 budget for the Village of North Hornell, on April 13, 2026 at 5:30PM at the Village Hall, 4 W Maplewood Avenue. The Budget is on file in the office of the Village Clerk where it may be inspected by any interested persons between the hours of 8AM to 4PM Monday thru Thursday.
