TOWN OF NORTH SALEM BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Town of North Salem will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Meeting Hall, 66 June Road, North Salem, NY, & via ZOOM, https://zoom.us/j/7558828866, Meeting ID: 755 882 8866, Dial in: +1 (929) 205-6099, on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the public may be heard to consider the following: Application BA26-12 of Brian & Brittany Azzara, owners of the property located at 422 Hardscrabble Road, North Salem, NY, consisting of approximately 83.32 acres, in an R-4 Zoning District and shown as Sheet 5, Block 1735, Lot 18 on the Tax Assessment Map, for a Special Permit to renew SP BA20-24 as amended by BA24-15 for the keeping of up to eleven(11) horses & maintenance of a commercial boarding operation with grooms quarters, per Article XIII, § 250-72 & BA24-14.
