REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL “Substitute Nurse Services” PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 10:00AM NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The NYACK PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT (“DISTRICT”), Nyack, New York is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide the above referenced service to the District. The District seeks to purchase excellent affordable quality service. A formal Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be available Monday, March 9, 2026, on the Nyack Public School District website: www.nyackschools.org under the link for Departments - Business - Bids/RFP. No Proposal shall be considered unless the organization making the Proposal has first obtained a copy of the RFP. Specific requirements are provided in the RFP. For questions or assistance, please call Michelle Derderian at 845-353-7033. The Proposer’s qualifications, cost, and compliance with the requirements of the District will be used during the evaluation of the submitted proposals for each service. The responses to the Request for Proposals for the above-referenced service must be received no later than 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 8, 2026, in the Office of the Nyack Public Schools’ Business Office. The sealed envelope or package containing the response must be marked with the type of service for which it is submitted (e.g. Substitute Nurse Services). The District reserves the right to change the date and time of the proposal submissions and public opening by Addendum to the Request for Proposal. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities relating to a specific Proposal and/or relating to the RFP process, to request additional information from any Proposer, to re-advertise and invite new Proposals and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional Proposals. 12079502
