VILLAGE OF NYACK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Nyack, at a meeting to be held at Village Hall, 9 North Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960, on April 9, 2026, at 8:00 PM, concerning a proposed Local Law, which, if adopted by the Village Board, will amend Chapter 360-3.2(B)(11)(c) of the Code of the Village of Nyack, so as to refer and defer to New York State’s preemptive regulations and laws regarding proximity distances for cannabis dispensaries. At such time and place, all persons interested in the subject matter thereof will be heard concerning same. The full text of the proposed Local Law is on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, and may be reviewed by interested persons during regular business hours.
