NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the Sole Supervisory District of the Cattaraugus, Allegany, Erie, and Wyoming counties, popularly known as the Cattaraugus/Allegany Board of Cooperative Educational Services, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for: “Bread and Bakery Products” This is a cooperative bid involving several our component school districts. Participating Districts include Allegany-Limestone, Andover, Belfast, Bolivar-Richburg, Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES, Cuba-Rushford, Franklinville, Friendship, Genesee-Valley, Olean, Pioneer, Portville, Randolph Academy, Randolph, Salamanca, Scio, Wellsville, and Whitesville School Districts. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., April 23, 2026, at the Cattaraugus/Allegany BOCES’, 1825 Windfall Road, Olean, NY 14760 and online at BidNetDirect.com. The bids will be publicly opened via a Zoom meeting and in-person on April 24, 2026, 2025, at 9:00 A.M., see bid documents for details. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Internet on the website www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/cattaraugus-allegany-boces. (Free vendor registration is required to view the bid. Bids remain firm for a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the bid opening.
