Public Hearings Planning Commission and City Council City of Peekskill Westchester County NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 575-56 E (5) of the City of Peekskill Zoning Ordinance, a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Peekskill Planning Commission in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 840 Main Street, Peekskill, New York, on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, on the following application: The applicant, Westchester Industrial Complex (Charles Cartalemi), of Buchanan, New York, is requesting Final Site Plan Approval from the Planning Commission pursuant to Section 575-56 B (4) of the City of Peekskill Zoning Ordinance for the proposed interior alterations and site alterations relating to a proposed change in use and intensity of use from a single manufacturing occupancy to a multi-tenant mixed-use commercial facility, which requires that a Public Hearing be held by the Planning Commission. This proposal also requires City Council's approval of Common Council Special Permits pursuant to Sections 575-57, 575-40.1 B (1) and 575-40 B (1) of the City of Peekskill Zoning Ordinance for the proposed outdoor/open space and storage/parking of vehicles/trucks/equipment for the properties listed below, also located within the M-2B Design Industrial District, and Final Site Plan Approval from the Planning Commission pursuant to Section 575-56 B (4).
