NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Fenton will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Fenton Town Hall, 44 Park Street, Port Crane, NY 13833, to consider whether to pass proposed Local Law No. 3 of the year 2026, to amend Section 150-49 of the Town of Fenton Town Code to add legal provisions for an applicant’s reimbursement for engineering fees incurred during the building permit, special use permit, and/or license process. Further, this local law amends the Fee Schedule of the Town of Fenton to reflect fees for Engineering Fee reimbursement, as specified in proposed Local Law No. 3 of the year 2026. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed Local Law and to allow the Town Board to determine whether to approve or disapprove of proposed Local Law No. 3. At the public hearing, all interested persons will be heard. The public hearing will be conducted in person and via Zoom. Anyone wishing to participate virtually may obtain login information from the Town Clerk’s Office at (607) 648-4800, Extension 0.
