Notice of Public Hearing Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on April 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by South Hills Commons LLC c/o John Goetz (Owner and Applicant), seeking amended site plan review and architectural review for the construction of a fifth apartment building, comprised of six (6) additional apartments. Associated parking and other site improvements are also proposed. The application involves tax lot number 6158-01-261673 located at 2-10 South Hills Way, Poughkeepsie, NY in the Residence, Multifamily (R-M) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard. The public is encouraged to check the Town Meetings webpage, at https://www.townofpoughkeepsie.com/AgendaCenter and/or contact the Planning Department at 845-485-3657, to confirm the meeting access and location details in this notice. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with the public, applicants and consultants able to participate in person at Town Hall, 1 Overocker Road, Poughkeepsie, or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing and via telephone.
