Legal Notice # 21929079 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Ridge Fire District, in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York, at a meeting thereof, held on the 9th day of March, 2026, duly adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a Resolution, an abstract of which is as follows: The Resolution authorizes the purchase of new Scott Packs, with all necessary and related equipment, at a maximum estimated total cost not to exceed $125,000.00 and the expenditure for such purchase of not more than $125,000.00 from monies now in the apparatus and equipment fund of the Ridge Fire District heretofore previously established.
