This proposal is known as Spark Portion Road is located at 379 Portion Road on northeast corner of Portion Road and Hans Boulevard Ronkonkoma, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York and described as follows: NORTH: Hans Boulevard WEST: Hans Boulevard SOUTH: Portion Road EAST: Hans Boulevard (Old) Notice is hereby given that the Town of Brookhaven Planning Board will hold a public hearing in the Town Office Building 2nd floor auditorium, 1 Independence Hill, Farmingville, New York on Thursday March 26, 2026, at 5:30 P.M., when adjacent property owners and/or others interested in any way in the proposed site plan may appear before the Board to be heard.
