TOWN OF WAWAYANDA NOTICE TO BIDDERS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk Kathryn Sherlock of the Town of Wawa-yanda. Orange County, New York at the Town Hall loca-ted on Ridgebury Hill Road in said Town until Tuesday, the 1st day of April, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. when the same will be opened and publicly read for contracting to the Town for the following: HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL WITH AND WITHOUT OPERATOR Bid specifications may be obtained from the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 80 Ridgebury Hill Rd. Slate Hill, New York between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. All bids shall be securely enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town Highway Superintendent, c/o Kathryn Sherlock. Town Clerk 80 Ridgebury Hill Rd., Slate Hill, New York 10973 and marked “BID FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL”. The Town Highway Superintendent reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Prices quoted shall be exclusive of any State or Federal taxes. Bidders shall not be per-mitted to withdraw their bids for a period of forty-five (45) days. In accordance with Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law, Attention is called to bidders that their bid must contain a statement of non-collusion, which may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s Office.
