PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF SLEEPY HOLLOW PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Sleepy Hollow will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building at 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York to receive comments from the public on the application submitted by Francesco Alesci requesting Site Plan & Architectural Review approval to construct a six-family residence and parking area as a planned residential development on an existing lot containing a four-family residence. The property involved in the application is located at 135 Beekman Avenue, is shown on town tax assessment maps as Section 115.11, Block 1, Lot 28 and is located in the C-2 zoning district.
