Legal Notice # 21930990 Notice to Bidders and Newspaper Advertisement The State University of New York at Stony Brook will receive sealed bids for project number 25/26-098MC titled IACS Server Room Expansion: Structural Steel, Mechanical, Plumbing and finish work until 12:00 p.m. local time on May 8, 2026. All work on this Contract is to be completed "within 420 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed" In order to access the bid documents, and submit a bid for the project, you will need to register your company on our web-based solution powered by Jaggaer: Jaggaer Supplier Registration: https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin Public Site URL: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=SUNY Tutorial Video on registration process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPwSanSotkw There will be a one-time, MANDATORY site visit for perspective bidders scheduled for April 16, 2026, at 11:00 am (SHARP) at Stony Brook University, Research & Development Park, 1512 Development Drive, Research & Support Services Building 17, Conference Room A, Stony Brook, NY 11794-6010. *Only those contractors who attend the site visit will be eligible to bid on this project* All questions relating to this bid must be submitted in writing on Jaggaer to the Q & A Board. The question period closes on: April 23, 2026, at 12 Noon. Pursuant to State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process. Failure to adhere to this provision may result in the disqualification under the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
