Legal Notice # 21929004 PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to law, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County, New York, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, in the Hearing Room, Town Hall North, East Building, 54 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay, New York, for the purpose of considering an application from 149 EILEEN WAY REALTY LLC, fee owner, for granting of a Special Use Permit to allow for the conversion of an existing office building into a specialized facility for the indoor storage of classic and luxury automobiles with accessory meeting and lounge space, and approval of related site improvements, at premises located in a Light Industrial ("LI") zone, at 149 Eileen Way, Syosset, Town of Oyster Bay, County of Nassau, State of New York and described as Section 15, Block 157, Lot 35, on the Land and Tax Map of Nassau County. The abovementioned application is on file and may be viewed daily (except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., prevailing time, at the Office of the Town Clerk at Oyster Bay and Massapequa. Any person interested in the subject matter of said hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference thereto, at the time and place above designated. The public may submit any comments on the subject of the hearing, by mailing or delivering same to the Office of the Town Attorney, 54 Audrey Avenue, Oyster Bay, New York 11771, or by submitting same by email to publiccomment@oysterbay-ny.gov.
